Overview
Biblical Figures does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind.
What stays on your device
The app keeps a small, local record of which daily figures you've viewed, so it can show your progress through the year. This data is stored only in your device's local storage — it never leaves your device, is never sent to any server, and is never shared with anyone, including us.
Name pronunciation
The "hear pronunciation" feature uses your device's built-in text-to-speech, which runs locally and does not send any data anywhere.
Permissions
The app can request permission to show notifications, used only for an optional daily reminder that a new devotional is ready to read. This reminder is scheduled entirely on your device — no data about your reminder settings or app usage is sent anywhere. The app requests no other special device permissions (no location, camera, microphone, contacts, or similar).
Children's privacy
Since no personal information is collected from anyone, this includes children — there is nothing to collect regardless of a user's age.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that involves data collection — this page will be updated to reflect that, and the update will be reflected in the app's store listing.
